TORINO

line

The latest XILENCE mini-ITX high-end case immediately inspires with stylish design and athletic appearance – just as the famous car from the 70‘s. It was our target to develop a chassis that perfectly blends into each living room and still delivers the performance of a high-end gaming chassis. The Torino offers a stylish discreet design combined with a decent finish and powerful cooling system. So you can combine a HTPC with a gaming PC.

Design external:

The XILENCE mini-ITX chassis Torino convinces by a discreet design. The eye-catcher in the front is the slightly red glowing 120mm fan. Behind the front door you will find two hot-swap SSD/SATA-HDD bays. Above is the 5.25‘‘drive bay.
Additionally there are two USB 3.0 and the HD Audio connecters located on the right side of the front together with the power button and the status LEDs. The 80mm ultra silent fan in the back supports the airstream through the whole case and helps reducing the temperature. The whole chassis is screw less and can be opened and closed without any tools.

Design internal:

The XILENCE Torino can be equipped with a high-end mini-ITX motherboard. The intelligent design places the graphics card on the left side of the case which allows even long cards up to 27 cm that cover two PCI slots to be installed.
The mini-ITX chassis gives enough room for the use of cooler fans with a height up to 10.5 cm. The form factor for PSUs is SFX.

HotSwap SSD-Support:

Behind the front door are 2 x 2,5” hot-swap bays for SSDs or notebook HDDs. They are easy to access and can be removed while the system is still running. The hard drives can be mounted in the frame without any tools.

2x USB 3.0:

Two USB 3.0 connectors are integrated in the front of the XILENCE mini-ITX chassis. USB 3.0 is 10x faster than the old standard USB 2.0 and is specially developed for big data volumes.
Currently there are not so many motherboards with onboard USB 3.0 connectors. So the Torino uses  USB 3.0 cables to connect the front ports with the I/O mainboard panel.

Space for gaming VGA cards up to 27cm length:

High-end graphic cards with an elaborate cooling system normally need two slots. The XILENCE chassis offers the possibility to use a dual slot high-end graphics card with a length up to 27 centimeters. Air inlets at the sides support the airflow created by the two low noise fans.
